Southwind motorhome

Fleetwood RV, a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles, revealed its highly anticipated 2005 Southwind motor home at the FMCA Summer Motor Home Rally in Redmond, Ore., August 16 – 19. The elegantly redesigned gas motor home represents Fleetwood’s best-equipped, most luxurious Southwind to date.

The 2005 Southwind has new contemporary and aerodynamic styling and a vast array of options. A larger windshield and raised roof provide the driver and passenger with increased visibility. The 2005 Southwind also comes with new graphics packages and optional full-body paint.

“The Southwind is currently Fleetwood’s top selling gas motor home,” said Chris Braun, Senior Vice President of Fleetwood RV. “Our gas motor home customers want the look and feel of a diesel pusher without the additional costs associated with a diesel engine and chassis. The new Southwind fits that need perfectly.”

The interior features fresh, new decors, seven-foot ceilings, larger bedroom slide-out options, 50-amp service, and a flush floor slide-out system for increased spaciousness. The new Southwind will also

The 2005 Southwind will have a base MSRP range of $103,700 to $124,500.
